Privacy, in plain English.
The short version: we collect what the pharmacy needs to help you, it stays with your branch team, and you can ask for it back at any time. The slightly longer version is below.
What we collect
The forms on this site ask for what the pharmacy needs to act: your name, a phone number, and — for prescription uploads — a photo or PDF of your script. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
Why we collect it
To dispense your medication and to respond to whatever you've asked us. That's the list in full.
Where it lives
With your branch team. The pharmacists and staff who dispense for you are the people who handle your information — exactly as if you'd handed it over the counter.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. Email admin@scanlonspharmacy.com and we'll deal with it promptly — and plainly.
No marketing without consent
We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask to join. Unless you've said yes, the only messages you'll get from us are about your own prescription or booking.
Cookies
Essential only. This site sets the cookies it needs to work, and none that follow you around the internet.
